AzBusiness magazine has once again honored Partners Keith Beauchamp, John DeWulf, and Kristen Rosati on its annual list of Arizona’s best legal minds.

Each year, AzBusiness’ editorial team and industry experts choose the top 100 attorneys from a pool of more than 2,000 of the state’s most talented and successful lawyers. Selections are based on the lawyers’ professional success and ratings as well as their impact on their law firm, the communities they serve, and the legal profession.

This marks Keith’s third consecutive year on the Top 100 Lawyers list for his expertise in handling complex commercial disputes like class action lawsuits, business torts, legal malpractice, litigation involving directors and officers, theft of trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. He also has expertise in election-related matters and litigation involving Arizona’s public records statute. He was most recently recognized in the 2025 edition of AzBusiness Leaders – an honor highlighting professionals who are shaping Arizona’s business landscape.

John, a regular on the list since 2015, was also honored in the complex commercial disputes category.  He has four decades of experience in his practice area of complex commercial disputes. His expertise includes working with clients involving contracts, business torts, intellectual property, and more. Best Lawyers in America© named John a 2025 “Lawyer of the Year” for legal malpractice law.

For the seventh year, Kristen made the list for her work in health care law. Kristen is one of the country’s top “Big Data” law attorneys, with expertise in HIPAA compliance, data governance, and data privacy. Kristen is regularly recognized for her work, including making consecutive annual appearances on AzBusiness’ Who’s Who in Healthcare list and earning a spot among the Top 25 Women Arizona Super Lawyers in 2024. Kristen is a Past President of the American Health Law Association.
