Kelly is a commercial litigator with experience representing a broad range of clients in complex litigation. She has assisted clients in business and commercial disputes, insurance recovery, and constitutional and governmental litigation. Kelly also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Coppersmith Brockelman, Kelly clerked for Judge Roopali H. Desai at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before that, she practiced at a national law firm and served as a law clerk for Chief Judge G. Murray Snow at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
