Andrew T. Fox is a commercial litigator, representing clients in complex commercial disputes and business torts. He has experience litigating in federal and state court. Andrew has represented clients in various industries, including healthcare, hospitality, real estate development, and finance.
Clerking for the United States District Court with the Honorable Douglas L. Rayes, Andrew gained invaluable understanding of the Federal Tort Claims Act, Title VII, Lanham Act, False Claims Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act. He also served as an extern in the United States Attorney’s criminal and civil divisions, as well as for the U.S. District Court under Magistrate Judge John Z. Boyle. While working with a national law firm, Andrew honed court and trial skills that make him a successful litigator.
